Location: Stuart Lake

Description: In the summer of 2019 we built a large deck cantilevered out over a bank on the shores of Stuart Lake. The large structure was decked with composite decking for durability and clean finish, and surrounded with face mount topless glass railing for maximum view. We had a gas line ran along the underside of the deck to the outer edge to allow for a natural gas fire pit to be installed at the decks edge.

To the side of the composite deck we poured and stamped a large concrete pad for the placement of a wood fire pit and hot tub, with custom timber stairs the descended down to the dock below. This 3 part deck makes the most use of the property to maximize the lake side living
