Location: Nak’azdli

Description:
This house was built custom for a client on Nak’azdli. The house is just shy of 900 sq. ft. and features 2 bedrooms and a single washroom. It has a faux fir timber framing on the front deck and Hardie plank siding. The kitchen is made of durable Thermo-foil and the flooring is Luxury vinyl plank. A Pacific Energy Vista stove with white enamel was installed for secondary heat.

The house has a gas hot water on demand unit, water softener, natural gas viable speed furnace and a 4’ crawl space with a cement floor for additional storage.
