Turning empty spaces into high level commercial offices and boardrooms. Structural repairs from previous uses, floor leveling from previous additions that didn’t meet existing buildings elevations, to high end custom finishes. Some examples of the finishes used are soundproof interior windows in office walls and doors, to custom trims, carpet tile and woodwork for boardrooms.

Full renovations for schools. This includes standard renovation work, such as custom woodworking, flooring, t-bar ceiling and drywall to more unique custom features such sensory rooms for disadvantaged youth, cultural rooms for traditional practices, feature walls, playgrounds, traditional First Nations Artwork painted onto the side of the building and many other custom features.

Full renovations to restaurant seating areas, from wall framing to built-in seating.

Renovations to high end commercial public bathrooms for the Federal Government. Wall hung high power flush toilets, custom tile work in pre-approved patterns and colour, back lit mirrors and quartz countertops.

Custom Council Chambers a local First Nation Band. The chambers exhibited custom carved doors with antler handles, a large table made by us from local sourced fir with a traditional artifact embedded into the middle, and state of the art audio and visual equipment and lighting.

Renovations to a lodge on a remote island in Stuart Lake. With buildings dating back to the 1940’s, we replaced roofs and custom decks and walkways to the original designs.
