Location: Middle River

Description: We were contracted to save a community church in Middle River. The church is not old, however the foundation was horribly built in challenging soil conditions, and was collapsing in on itself.

As such, we framed cribbing under the building, lifted it 3” and then knocked out the existing foundation. We then build a new foundation to withstand the soil conditions in place, by putting wider footings, and a more reinforced ICF foundation under the building. We then dropped the building down on the foundation, and poured a concrete slush floor underneath the building.

For back fill, we put in a proper drain rock drain tile system and tied it into a new sump pump.
