Location: Fort St James

Description: Dado Construction was hired to gut an existing CMU building and completely renovate it to modern clinical standards. As the General Contractor on this project, aside from performing the majority of the work, we ran regular stakeholder meetings, updated schedules, worked through change orders and managed subtrades.

This facility is state of the art and beautifully blends local indigenous elements to create a welcoming space. As the majority of our crew lives and works in the local region surrounding First Nations Territory, it was an honour for Dado Construction to be involved in this project​.
