Location: Fort St James

Description: Working with the client and architect, we helped design this shop based on the customers needs and previous projects we have completed. The shop was designed for multi use, including one side for storage with a mezzanine man cave, and the other for custom BBQ and cooking equipment. We helped design the overhead custom exhaust hoods, with make up air system.

The floor is polished, sealed concrete and includes 2 floor drains with under slab plumbing for the bathroom and mechanical room. The walls are finished with cabinet grade birch while the walls and ceiling are exterior grade metal. High windows give lots of light while maintaining privacy.

On the exterior we installed exposed aggregate sidewalks and wash pads.
