Location: Yekooche Reserve

Description: We constructed two new triplexes, for a total of 6 units in Yekooche. This included the design of the buildings, picking the lots, landscaping the empty lots, building them up and installing new septic tanks to tie into the municipal lines.

These units were built to the new level 4 BC Step code, with additional upgrades like WETT inspected fireplaces. These buildings were built to higher than industry standard, with care put into the painting and finishing. This includes sprayed trims, custom cabinets, tile hearth and tub surround and higher end doors and finishes.

Energy efficiency was achieved by using exterior insulation, Insulated Concrete Forms, triple glazed windows and fiberglass blow in insulation. These units are exceptionally well built.
