Stones Bay Shop
Working with the client and architect, we helped design this shop based on the customers needs and previous projects we have completed.
Yekooche Triplex
We constructed two new triplexes, for a total of 6 units in Yekooche. This included the design of the buildings, picking the lots, landscaping, building, installing new septic tanks to tie into the municipal lines.
Middle River Church
We were contracted to save a community church in Middle River which had a crumbling foundation due to challenging soil conditions.
IDL Connexus
We were contracted to do the framing on a 4-story apartment building including all framing, roof trusses, wooden elevator shaft, special structural connections and back framing.
Tachie Tri-Plex
In November of 2019 we started the construction of a 2,964 sq. ft. tri-plex for Tl’azt’en Nation in Tachie. The triplex consisted of 2 – 2 bedroom 936 sq. ft. units and a center 3 bedroom unit that is 1092 sq. ft. and wrapped it up in early 2020.
